COTTON:

LINEN:
Lightweight fabric perfect for summers when the temperature gets soaring. Creates a true elegance

fabric expensive but requires real care too. Linen may not be the favorite fabric for fashion designers
when it comes to detailing, but even then it is in fashion for formal and easy casual wear. Long skirts,

CREPE:
If you like pebbled and puckered look then Crepe is the choice. It is very common for the dress

RAYON:

Basically value for money. It can be dyes into vivid color ranges as per choice. But the fabric is a weak
fabric and is prone for stretching it requires good care too.
VELVET:
Looks rich and royal even with nominal embroidery as the textile has a luxurious shine and seems to be
one of India’s ace designer Sabyasachis preferred fabric today. Opted by celebrities and worn on their
special days, its setting the trend at the moment. With their sheer rich look, dresses and other clothing
made from this Velvet are the preferred choice for formal parties, weddings and even festivals
CHIFFON:
Chiffon is a lightweight plain-woven fabric with mesh like weave that gives the fabric a checkered,
mesh like effect. Craaftsmen work gently and steadily with this fabric due to its silk like texture. The
shimmer texture of silk fabric makes the Chiffon look more appealing. Mainly used for sarees and

ORGANZA:
The finest lightweight crisp fabric for an evening gown. Ethereal fabric adds charm to your glory. Its fine

RAW SILK:

BANARSI & BROCADE:
Banarsi and Brocade is a great traditional fabric to choose if you don't want to spend too much on heavy
embroidery as the fabric has self-gold patterns on it which look rich. Light embroidery will add good

GEORGETTE:
Georgette is a soft, fluid fabric that looks nicer with work that is delicate and not too much making it
prettier for all body types.
NET:
Make it a point to understand what type of net is being used. Imported soft net can look lovely, and
gorgeous but the regular net can sometimes look extremely tacky.
